MANEMAA

Meet the Founder

Yashasvi YadavChef & Founder

Manemaa started with a simple thought — what if the food that makes you feel at home could be experienced outside your home?

I’m Yashasvi Yadav, a chef and restaurateur, and Manemaa is my way of bringing the warmth, simplicity and soul of Karnataka to Noida.

My journey in hospitality has taught me that great food is not only about recipes. It is about memories, people, ingredients and the feeling of being looked after. Over the years, working in professional kitchens and restaurants, I became fascinated by the food of South India — especially the honest, comforting food of Karnataka.

Everyday food, made special

From the crispness of a Benne Dose to the softness of a Thatte Idli, from freshly brewed filter Kaapi to a simple chutney made the right way, Karnataka has a beautiful way of making everyday food feel special.

Manemaa is my attempt to preserve that feeling.

The name

Mane
home
Maa
mother

The name Manemaa comes from Mane, meaning home, and Maa, meaning mother. For me, it represents that feeling of walking into a home where someone remembers what you like, serves you with warmth and genuinely wants you to leave happy.

Not simply South Indian food

We are not here to simply serve South Indian food. We want to create a place where guests feel remembered, where feedback matters, where recipes are constantly refined, and where every plate carries a little piece of Karnataka.

Still at the beginning

Manemaa is still at the beginning of its journey. And just like any good recipe, we believe it will keep getting better with every experience, every conversation and every guest who walks through our doors.

Welcome home.
Welcome to Manemaa.
